My Honest House® is a vertically integrated Real Estate Development company which is based on Collaboration, Transparency and Trust.  Purchasing a home is the largest investment for a family.  My Honest House® vision is to provide a vertically integrated service company that provides transparency and trust, insuring for the best experience in purchasing your home.

Power of Three® is the first organized mass marketed closed loop recycling and measurement program called the Power of Three®.  This game changing market disrupter was founded with the core belief that three companies working together founded on collaboration, transparency and trust, can provide a strategic competitive advantage for customers.  Power of Three is defined as follows:  

“The combined power of Three entities, upon such combination increases their power by three, but much greater.”

The Power of Three® is a simple collaboration between three companies and a mutual customer:

PICK UP

A P3® certified approved Paper Shredder collects all your confidential paper and shreds it using state of the art robotics.

PROCESS

The confidential shredded paper travels a short distance to the P3® certified Tork paper plan in Glens Falls, New York to be made into paper towels, napkins and toilet paper. 

PROVIDE

Closing the loop, P3® certified Foley Distributing delivers these finished paper products back to the customer.

King developed the Power of Three® trademark, developed the collaboration with all the vendor partners, developed thewww.p3closedloop.com website and developed a propriety dashboard where each customer can see live paper metrics of their environmental impact by implementing the Power of Three ®closed loop program.

Over the past twenty years, under King’s leadership, Foley Distributing was awarded the 2011 Deane C. Davis Outstanding Business of the Year award by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and the 2012 Vermont Governors Environmental Excellence award for the development of the Power of Three® closed loop program. The Foley Family of Companies is Vermont’s oldest family owned business, founded in 1879.

2006-2007 Co-Founder

Co-founded and developed the Ramunto’s Trademark, website, Franchise agreement and developed four franchised locations.  This was developed and implemented in a two year period.  This investment provided significant experience on all fronts; it converted my weaknesses into strengths, providing me with a stronger skill set to develop other successful programs.  This project by far has been my most complicated project, which has strengthened me on a personal and professional level.
